Damodaran is a Chemical Engineer with a post graduate in Plastics Engineering and is a Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) from Institute of Packaging Professionals (IoPP), Chicago, USA. He also has a Master’s Degree in TQM. He currently heads up Packaging Development for Marico South East Asia Corporation, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. His previous assignments include heading up the packaging function for Marico MENA, Egypt; Namaste Laboratories, Chicago, USA; and he was a key member of the Packaging Team contributing to the growth of Dabur International, based in Dubai between 2010 and 2015. He has hands on experience with different printing technologies like roto gravure, offset and flexo including the repro/pre-press procedures. Practical work experience in different plastic processing techniques like injection moulding, extrusion blow moulding, injection stretch blow moulding and lamitube manufacturing.
