Paul graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business from RMIT in Melbourne Australia in 1989. He moved to Thailand in 1993, taking up a divisional management role with an importer of Australian food and beverages, and during this time, gained some exposure to the printing and packaging industry. In 1999 Paul joined the Swiss company PackSys Global, which included business development roles in Thailand and three years in the USA. Shortly after returning to Thailand in 2009, Paul joined the Skanem group as General Manager of their Thailand operation before moving to RotoMetrics as General Manager in 2014.
