Chinese manufacturer Shenzhen Caisheng Printing Machinery Co is showcasing its latest CS-JQ350G-6C letterpress machine alongside the CS-220-5C semi-rotary letterpress.
Caisheng promotes its latest CS-JQ350G-6C letterpress machine, launched at Labelexpo Asia in Shanghai. The 6-color, 350 mm wide press has two working modes, intermittent and full rotary, which can be quickly changed at the press of a button. The press prints at 60 m/min in the intermittent mode and 160 m/min in full rotary mode.
At the booth, the company also showcases the CS-220-5C semi-rotary letterpress. This machine features a full servo Japanese brand control system and motors for the main axis, ensuring high precision and user-friendly operation. A servo motor-controlled ink supplying system, adjustable on the touch screen, provides stable and uniform ink flow.
The unwinding and rewinding tension for different materials can also be adjusted via the touch screen. Its intermittent label letterpress design offers flexibility for short, medium, and long print runs. A sensor is included for second-pass printing, and a high-speed automatic web guide ensures accurate alignment.
Fast registration and easy operation are key features, along with a compact design that saves space and allows a single operator to manage multiple machines. The spindle removal handle design facilitates quick plate cylinder changes and simplifies overprint position adjustments for enhanced efficiency. Optional features include a flat-bed die-cutting unit and a split-type rewinder.
