Custom web handling products specialist Maxcess has confirmed it will be showcasing two innovations at the upcoming Labelexpo Southeast Asia in Bangkok.

The company will highlight the Fife-500 MAX Web Guiding System, an advanced web guiding technology from Fife. Building on the Fife-500, the MAX model adds networking and communication capabilities (Ethernet/IP, CC-Link Basic, ModBus TCP, etc.), a user-friendly 5-inch color touchscreen, and an 8-pole motor for smoother, more accurate guiding with reduced scrap. Leveraging the latest technology at a competitive price, the Fife-500 MAX improves performance and minimizes maintenance. Its brushless motors and faster processing speeds allow for quick adaptation to web changes, even at high speeds. The system also supports multiple languages for easy setup and operation.

Macxess will feature the RotoMetrics AccuAdjust Dual Adjustable Anvil, designed to resolve liner variability issues. This anvil cuts various materials (PET, glassine, kraft, etc.) with high precision, adjusting die strike across the web to produce perfect labels and reduce waste. Its advanced lubrication system minimizes maintenance and contamination risk, while the intuitive digital controller provides real-time control, even with moving webs. Furthermore, each AccuAdjust unit is automation-ready for future RotoAdjust Operator Interface upgrades.
