Phil is a graduate of Queens’ College, Cambridge University in England with an M.A. in Engineering. After periods in the telecommunications industry, auto industry and chemical industry, Phil began his career in packaging at ICI Films (now DTF) where he held several plant-based positions in the UK and US. He then joined Fuji Seal Europe as Plant Manager of the Gillingham, UK site in 1999. In 2003, Phil came to the US as Plant Manager for a narrow-web flexographic plant in Renaissance Mark, before re-joining American Fuji Seal as Senior Vice-President of Operations, covering their three North American plants. In 2012, Phil then joined Chesapeake Pharmaceutical Packaging as North American Vice President of Operations with plants covering leaflet printing and folding, folding cartons and PSL products. Phil joined Klöckner Pentaplast in July 2014, firstly as Group Vice President of Labels, a global position encompassing all kp shrink TDO and MDO products, and more recently as VP of Marketing and Business Development, working across all kp Divisions. Phil became a US citizen in 2012.
