The ZX-320 machine incorporates an advanced servo control system that ensures steady and accurate material grip. This design eliminates the need for printing roller changes.
This machine offers faster, more convenient, and simplified operation. Its PS plate intermittent printing capability meets high-level label requirements for both short and long production runs. It is suitable for producing premium-quality labels while minimizing production costs.
The ZX-320 features individual servo motors for each printing unit, with 15 servo motors in total powering the complete machine. This independent motor system ensures precise color registration even during high-speed operation.
Both vertical and horizontal movements of each printing unit are controlled by dedicated motors, significantly reducing operator effort while minimizing material waste.
Featuring a responsive LCD touchscreen with enhanced CPU performance, the system offers an advanced 15-inch operating display. Each printing unit is equipped with its own dedicated touchscreen, creating a sophisticated human-machine interface. The comprehensive monitoring system includes multiple inspection displays, immediate alert notifications, and streamlined controls that significantly enhance operational efficiency and ease of use.
